My daughter gave me this recipe: I think she got it from Pampered Chef.

2 lbs. ground beef

1 chopped onion

chopped green pepper

Cook above ingredients together.

Add 2 cans chili beans.

1 ½ c. Cookies BBQ sauce,

and 1 can Mexican-style corn

Pour into deep casserole dish.

In mixing bowl:

2 boxes Jiffy cornbread (Follow instructions, using egg and milk.)

Spoon cornbread mixture on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for ½ hr or until golden brown.
