EASY BAKED CHICKEN Cheryl St.John 1 c. apricot preserves and 8 oz. bottle Russian dressing (Zesty French or Catalina work, too) 1 envelope onion soup mix 6 chicken breasts Combine preserves, dressing and onion soup. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Arrange chicken in lightly greased 13 X 9 pan. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hrs. |
