MOM’S NO BRAINER CHEESY CHICKEN

Janet Justiss

"I could eat this every night, but the family complains if I don't give them some variety."

Put boneless chicken breasts (saves time, not money) in a casserole dish; cut into thin strips (thin strips cook faster; cut them in the baking pan and save washing a cutting board)

Sprinkle with seasoned salt, garlic powder, a grating of fresh black pepper.

Dot with butter/margerine; sprinkle top lavishly with parmesan cheese.

Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 50 minutes.

Toss some frozen spicy french fries in a bit later; microwave some veggies, or if you've got time, cut up a salad.

VARIATION: instead of parmasan cheese, drizzle lemon juice over chicken and bake.
