PORK CHOP AND HASH BROWN CASSEROLE Cheryl St.John 10 c. Mr. Dell’s Shredded Hash Browns 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbs. butter or margarine 1 can cream of chicken soup 12 oz. sour cream ½ c. milk ½ c. chopped green onions 1/c. grated cheddar cheese Stir and place in baking dish. Place 4 chops on top. Sprinkle with either: 1 c. crushed buttered corn flakes or 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix Salt and pepper to taste Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes |
